The Soul Speaks in Stillness Episode 15
Episode 15: The Soul Speaks in Stillness
This week, we're continuing the conversation about survival mode and what happens after you finally recognize it.
For years, I believed that if I slowed down, everything would stop. The creativity would stop. The opportunities would stop. The purpose would stop.
Instead, something unexpected happened.
When I finally became still, I began to hear my soul again.
In this episode, we talk about why healing often feels uncomfortable, why becoming isn't always visible while it's happening, and how survival mode can keep us so busy that we miss the beauty, blessings, and wisdom already surrounding us.
We explore the importance of stillness, awareness, rest, and learning how to recognize what your body and soul may have been trying to tell you all along.
We also discuss:
-
Why roots grow before blooms
-
How healing happens before the evidence
-
Learning to identify the difference between survival and peace
-
The importance of having the right tools once you recognize the blueprint
-
Why awareness is the first step toward transformation
-
Making room for more love, more peace, and more purpose
-
The difference between carrying a burden and carrying wisdom
-
Trusting the process even when you cannot yet see the results
One of the greatest revelations from this week was this:
I am loved because of who I am, not because of what I give.
And another:
I don't have to look for peace. Peace is within me.
If you've been feeling tired, stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next, I hope this episode reminds you that you are not broken, you are becoming.
And maybe today isn't the day everything changes.
Maybe today is simply the day it begins.
And so the healing begins.
